Born and raised in Lima, Peru; Jhonatan Cano is a multi-MICHELIN star restaurant operator with over 15 years of experience in the luxury market. He started his career in award winning (Forbes 5 stars & AAA 5 Diamond) hotels like Ritz Carlton Reserve, Waldorf Astoria & Conrad Hotels to later join the Think Food Group team led by Chef Jose Andres for eight years being an integral part of his flagship, minibar & barmini. Jhonatan has proven success in the industry at a very high level- multiplying revenue and profitability through the implementation of strategic partnerships, focusing on developing a sustainable culture and growing talent from within the company. He is a certified sommelier and holds a master of hospitality management degree from FIU as well as studies in South America and Asia.
