Known for his high standards, relentless drive, and commitment to craft, Tobias works closely with Chef Ryan Ratino and the Hive Hospitality team to deliver a refined yet welcoming dining experience rooted in precision, warmth, and modern luxury.
Before joining MAASS, Tobias led award-winning dining rooms in Washington, D.C., including the Michelin-starred Bresca and the acclaimed tasting-counter JÔNT. His background spans operations, team development, financial performance, and building service cultures that prioritize genuine connection and thoughtful, detail-oriented hospitality.
At MAASS, Tobias is focused on elevating Fort Lauderdale’s fine-dining landscape through strong partnerships, exceptional training, and a guest-first philosophy.
